A FEW THINGS FROM LUSH

It has been bitterly cold out there but I don't need to tell you that, we all know. These icy temperatures have prompted me to spend my time before bed soaking in a hot bath. In the past baths were always a ritual that I never really understood. All I ever got out of it were neck cramps and boredom. But lately they seem to be the only remedy to cure these stupid winter blues. Winter blues!? I never even thought that was a real thing until this year. Anyway, I decided that the only way to make my hot soak sessions much more enjoyable was to make a trip to Lush. 

I hadn't been to Lush in over a year (I know, sinful) as soon as I pulled the door open I was taken back to my teenage years when I first walked into a Lush store. All the scents blending together creates an amazing scent that is uniquely Lush, you could smell it from a block away. After we were given the run down on all the new products, the grab and sniff action went on for way too long.  After walking out I felt like I had just experienced sensory overload but in the best possible way. Lush trips need to happen more often.
