#THESTRUGGLE: BLACK OR BROWN BOOTIES

ankle boots wishlist

Black or Brown? Leather or Suede? The questions that will forever daunt me when it's time to buy a new pair of shoes. Right now I'm currently trying to decide between all these beautiful boots. The look of these are my absolute favorite style of shoes and it's pretty much all I ever wear. Since I've worn the hell out all of the ones I have it think it's time to add another pair to the collection!

Heres the breakdown: Two of the Sam Edelman's shown above are the "Petty" boots but in different colors and material. I love the smooth leather and simplicty of these, but at the same time I like the light suede because it goes with everything. Also the other Sam Edelman's, the "Posey" boots have a braided detail around the shoe which I love, but at the same time it's that very detail that makes me hesitant to choose these. The two Jeffrey Canpbells are the same style but in different colors, again I'm stuck between black or brown. I think the cutouts on these are what makes the shoe. I'm thinking these "Everly" boots would be perfect for spring and summer cause it will allow a little bit of air to keep my feet from getting too hot as it gets warmer out. The last and most expensive pair (which I know I'm not going to get, but will forever want to see on my feet) are the Modern Vice "Arianna" boots. They are gorgeous boots Made in NYC by the amazing Modern Vice team and designed by my top favorite fashion bloggers of all time, Dylana and Natalie Suarez. And these boots are called Arianna! I mean that pretty much means its meant to be right?! Except not because they are out of my price range. Sad times.

Anyway, as I've said before sandals and open toed shoes are just not for me, I can't stand to wear them actually. So all these options are pretty damn perfect for what Im looking for. Now to narrow it down to one…as of now I'm leaning more towards the brown Jeffrey Campbell Everly's (6). We shall see what I add to the basket! Hopefully soon I'll be updating you on which ones I choose!
